"Pseudo-MPEC" for 2013-070B = NORAD 39459 = UX29E26 = Chang'e 3 booster

Elements are available on a day-by-day basis. Near-term, most of the error in the TLEs comes from the fact that the underlying satellite motion model is intended for lower-orbiting objects. After a few months, though, most of the error comes from the ephemeris uncertainties stated below, which increase pretty drastically with time; and by the fact that space junk usually moves in slightly non-predictable ways, due to the effects of solar radiation pressure, Yarkovsky, and YORP forces, and (in some cases) leakage of leftover rocket fuel.

The ephemerides really should be quite good, until 2016 September 17. On that day, the booster will come within about 10000 km of the moon. Its trajectory after that depends largely on just how close it gets; a small difference in perilune on that day will get magnified in the following days and months and years. There is even a small chance that the object will hit the moon. Not very likely, but non-gravitational forces are nearly impossible to figure; we might get lucky.
