"Pseudo-MPEC" for James Webb Space Telescope = 2021-130A = NORAD 50463

This is based on the "most recent" observations, made after the MCC-2 burn that put JWST into a 'halo' orbit at about 19:00 UTC on 2022 Jan 24. (A few preceding observations are shown just so you can see that they have large residuals due to the maneuver. We can actually compute the direction and amount of the burn by comparing the velocity computed from "before burn" data vs. "after the burn" data.)
Pseudo-MPECs are available showing data from shortly after launch to the first maneuver (which has a lot of extra commentary) and an orbit based on data from after that burn up to the MCC-2 burn.
