"Pseudo-MPEC" for C3QHGX1 = A10VDyu = ETBO

C3QHGX1 appeared on NEOCP on 2023 April 28, and couldn't be linked to any known object. A10VDyu appeared on NEOCP the following June 10. Mostly because we had data from two widely separated stations covering a six-hour arc, resulting in an unusually good orbit, it was entirely possible to link back from A10VDyu to C3QHGX1. A search for additional tracklets turned up empty.

As usual, TLEs are available for this object. (Also as usual for ETBOs, their accuracy will decline somewhat for times away from when the object was observed.)
