"Pseudo-MPEC" for 2019-040A = NORAD 44432 = Spektr-RG

This is a high-energy observatory (X-rays and gamma rays). It and its booster, 2019-040B are headed to the earth-sun L2 point (the one at opposition, about 1.5 million km out). Now that it's there, Spektr-RG will make small maneuvers from time to time to maintain its place. The booster will pause there briefly, then enter heliocentric orbit.
