You can purchase Guide online directly from projectpluto.com too. You
cannot do it directly on the web though, you must do it through email:

That's the way I've been ordering my upgrades to Guide. My original order,
many years ago, was through snail mail though.

Perhaps Bill could add an ordering form to a suitable page on his website,
through which one could send this email directly?
