Bill,
Celestrak will only last for one more month. The ruling takes effect on
the first of April. Dr. Kelso has implemented an program to download
from SpaceTrack and convert the all tle file to Celestrak file. I don't
believe there are other ways to get the data than being log at ST. I
have implemented a auto download in my program but it requires log in
and password the first time out. I use these files in Guide. Maybe that
could be one of the directions to take.
