Orbital elements for assorted interplanetary probes

The following are orbital elements for a variety of NASA and international solar system missions tracked by the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Almost all of them came from data provided by Steve Matousek at JPL; his original data are posted at
http://ftp.seds.org/pub/spacecraft/elements/jplele.txt
The Mariner data came from a post on the Minor Planet Mailing List from Tim Wilson, who has since also turned up data for Mars Pathfinder.
In the following, I (Bill Gray) have converted all elements to the MPC "standard" format, except I didn't bother with fields such as the period and the P and Q vectors that I didn't use. I set H=32, meaning that the probes are assumed to have roughly the brightness of a one-meter asteroid. Perhaps most significantly, I converted the elements (from both sources) from B1950 to J2000.
For some objects (Galileo, Cassini, some others) more recent data are available through JPL's Horizons system (which also lists assorted objects not discussed below). You can also get Horizons to cough up Jovicentric elements for Galileo and Saturnicentric ones for Cassini (all the following elements are heliocentric).
Each set of elements is roughly valid over a given time span, specified by 'range'. (For the Mariner elements, I wasn't sure what range was intended. But the elements come close to the targets and not very close to Earth, so I assume they are post-flyby elements. I've set the initial date to that of the flyby.)
Still to be added are some very interesting probes such as SOHO and Genesis, which hang around at the inner Earth-Sun Lagrangian point; MAP (Microwave Anisotropy Probe), at the outer Lagrangian point; and WIND, which has an odd looping orbit that takes it close to the inner Lagrangian point.
