"Pseudo-MPEC" for 2006-047B = NORAD 29511 = STEREO-B
Created 2016 Jun 13 15:24:57 UT using Find_Orb
The observations were good enough to find orbital elements for the lunar flyby that put STEREO-B into heliocentric orbit, and for the heliocentric orbit itself. I can't extrapolate backwards to the previous lunar flyby on 2006 December 15 with any accuracy, much less to the previous five orbits around the earth.
This orbit has the object gradually receding from us, then coming back and passing us in July 2023, getting slightly brighter than magnitude 22. The Wikipedia page for STEREO confirms the 2023 flyby, and the 'where is STEREO' page shows that the orbit given below is still valid to quite good accuracy.
