"Pseudo-MPEC" for NAVSTAR 43 (USA 132) = 1997-035A = NORAD 24876

Created 2016 Oct 31 1:38:17 UT using Find_Orb

Based on astrometry kindly posted by Jaime Nomen on MPML back in 2012. Jaime said the timing really was good to about +/- 5 milliseconds, so the 10^-8 day (0.864 millisecond) precision actually is about right. Note that this makes use of extensions to the MPC astrometric format to store the time; as Jaime describes at the above link, the "usual" 10^-6 day (86.4 millisecond) precision would have introduced errors of several arcseconds.
