"Pseudo-MPEC" for LCROSS

This is probably the last in a long series of pseudo-MPECs for this object. The impact position should be good to within a few kilometers.

The NASA prediction was for impact at 11:31:20 UT at 84.674 south latitude and 311.302 east longitude, which matches up pretty well with what we're getting from the astrometric solution. Bill Owen tells me there were some maneuvers over the last week, which is perhaps why the prediction is not as perfect as I'd expected.
