You can get customized ephemerides for this object from the Minor Planet Center's Distant Artificial Satellites Observation page, or from JPL's Horizons system. (DASO's ephemerides sometimes run out; you should notify MPC if that happens. Horizons is a very powerful and flexible system, but the DASO page may be easier if you just want to get ephemerides for observing.)
Note that the ephemerides on this page are based solely on astrometry, with no knowledge of maneuvers. They will be quite accurate until the next time Gaia moves. After that, they won't be very accurate at all.
An older version of this page is available here, giving orbits for just after launch, mid-December 2013, and mid-January 2014. There is also a Gaia pseudo-MPEC with observations up to 2016.
