"Pseudo-MPEC" for 1965-058B = NORAD 01459 = Vela 3B

As determined from the following astrometry (and shown on the above plot), this object had an orbital period, on 1965 July 20, of 6708 minutes, inclination 35.01 degrees, perigee (above ground level) 101559 km. The catalogued initial elements for 1965-058B for that date are P=6712.7 minutes, i=34.94, perigee=101714 km.

Space-Track stopped tracking this object in late 2017/early 2018. I didn't notice this change; when the object was found as ZGBD4BF in April 2018, and again as ZJ15031 in May 2018, I thought it must be a new object. I finally noticed that it was actually 1965-058B in September 2018.
