Comments can be added freely after this point, or before it if they're
prefaced with a '#'.

Adding your own downloadable datasets is slightly tricky. You must
first choose an 'action number' from 2796 to 2895, a range reserved for
this purpose. (As you can see, though, actions 2796 to 2799 are now
in use.) You then specify '-f' followed by the VizieR directory from
which data are to be taken. ('f' means a FITS download. I started out
allowing text downloads with '-c', but realized that this can, in
some situations, lead to oversized downloads. 'f' is safer.)

Finally, the name of the file to which the data is to be appended
is given.

After this, you need to edit 'toolbar.dat' and add the action code
in question to the file. See the examples for actions 2796 to 2799 to
get the feel of how this works. Don't forget that when you add new
buttons to 'toolbar.dat', the number at the top of the file specifying
the number of buttons in the file has to be increased.

Also, you need to create a TDF to display the dataset in question.
The TDF must include the keyword 'volatile', telling Guide that the
data is apt to change unexpectedly (i.e., the user will do things
such as download more data or click on "clear the data" in More Info).
See 'vizier.tdf' for an example.
