You _can_ just edit 'grs_lon.txt', as Masaki Kouda and Larry Wood suggest.
You can also replace that file with

http://www.projectpluto.com/grs_lon.txt

which is what I would recommend doing. This includes various updates from
the 'jupos.org' site, plus some corrections in the comments at the end of the
file.
