It appears you have created this folder on the root directory. One issue
is the security default is not set for modification of files by "user"
for this folder. Try "Right click on the Guide icon and select run as
administrator", if it solves the problem you will have to modify the
security of the folder for normal user access or always start the
program in administration mode.
