Yes - the correct file (soft02cm.txt) is correctly there and contains the comet. However, it is not in the list and is 'not valid' (as reported by Guide).

I saw this query posted elsewhere and the '16' file was referred to, so I collected that as well. I can delete it.

I'm still investigating but running out of ideas.
