Hi Jari,

You're doing everything right here. The problem is that quite a few of those
action codes don't work within .etb files. (Nor within .hee files, or within
Guide's help system.) It's a rather complicated limitation within the code.

I've given it a bit of a look-over, and I don't think it can be made to work
without ripping out a lot of code and starting over. I'll give it another
look tomorrow... just wanted to let you know, there's no quick-and-easy fix
to the issue.
