Hi Ted,

Try Overlays... Toggle Overlay On/Off. Then double-click on 'Planet trails
from animation'.

In the resulting dialog, it should be 'On', and you probably want 'Show at'
to run from 0 to 180 (i.e., planet -- or in your case, star -- trails should
appear at all fields of view). Check the 'color' while you're about it.
