Hi Matt,

Looks as if the MPC has switched the RA/dec format default from
"truncated sexagesimal" (HH MM.MM, DD MM.M) to "full sexagesimal"
(HH MM SS, DD MM SS). Aside from that, nothing has been changed.
A before-and-after comparison:

You can still select the format you want when asking NEOCP for an
ephemeris, so it's not absolutely necessary to change anything in Guide.
But having to remember to select that button could, I expect, get to
be annoying after a while. So I've updated the relevant file for Guide,

Download this and unZIP it in your Guide directory, and all should
be well again.

Sexagesimal notation was created by mutant Babylonian mathematicians
with thirty fingers on each hand. They died out long ago, but their
twisted legacy lives on to torture astronomers everywhere.
