Am a longtime user of Guide and am using current version of Guide 9.0
I searched the archive messages and don't find an answer to the below
question.

Is there a way to generate a listing of DSOs displayed on the screen? I
know you can do this for a 'star list' and also for comets and asteroids
by using * after the magnitude filter limit. What I would like is to be
able to say.... make a list of all galaxies displayed on a 10deg field
with 14.5 mag. limit. Another example would be all the globular
clusters within M31 on a one degree field.
