I see what you mean. It _was_ about 8 degrees/year a while back, when
I added that comment to 'jeve_grs.htm'. Now, it's closer to 14 deg/yr;
you can see that at

I hadn't updated that bit of text.
Also, the actual values on 'grs_lon.txt' are 202 degrees for October
2013, and 902 degrees fifty years later for October 2063. 700 degrees
over fifty years is 14 deg/yr.
