Well, I have to report similar error font-based error for the 16-bit
version. I don't know exactly which (date) version started to have
problems. I needed to work with Guide so I had simply switched to earlier
working version dated August 8, 2000 (and I'm using it till this time).
My problems were such that more or less regularly the 16-bit version
started to have problems saying 'no font found' (or something similar) and
using some implicit font (the same font was used subsequently in 32-bit
version) but system started to be unstable as it also lost apparently any
info about fonts. System (Windows95) had to be restarted and all programs
worked normally, all fonts were correctly used until the 16-bit version was
started again.
It must be some very obscure problem, since it didn't apperead immediately
after start of program but after some run time. Probably it was related to
invoking some function but sorry I can't give more description. As I sayed
I needed to work and as soon as I have identified the problem is in the
16-bit version I've returned to earlier version.
