Hello Bill,

thank you for looking into my dss-problem. Unfortunately the current
"in-testing" version of GUIDE 9 did not help. Calling "DSS from Internet"
does not let the image show up.
What has changend now is the get_dss.exe does no more keep on running in
the task manager. So now the computer shuts down without the former error
message (see mail below).

Would you have any other suggestion what to do ?
