Hi Rolf,

Hmmm... I'd suggest going to

http://www.projectpluto.com/new.htm

and using the current "in-testing" version of Guide 9. This
includes a variety of fixes. None are especially DSS-related,
but it would not surprise me if a problem would go away with the
update. That happens quite frequently.

If you try it and still see issues, please let me know.
I've made a few changes to 'get_dss' (not yet posted); it may
be that those would fix the problem. But it would be best to try
the version at the above URL first.
