Hi Bill,

by chance I came across an error in using the
Menu -> Overlay -> Toggle overlay on/off... function.

After choosing a feature by clicking OK the window
for determining the property is popping up. Thereafter
one is captured between the two windows untill clicking
Cancel. The choosen function is executed though.
