with the DVD installed, Guide on the hard drive crashes (window opens for a flash; then gone).

so I ran the setup program on the DVD, and got Guide to run again (under factory settings?). then installed "planet features" to h-drive and ejected the DVD.

planet features are back, and my custom .mar files are OK, but I discovered my custom keyboard shortcuts are gone.

what file got replaced? would like to restore it from my backup.
