You still need to make things simpler; change:

UCAC4_Path=C:\ProgramData\guide9\UCAC4
to
UCAC4_Path=C:\UCAC4

and simply put your UCAC4 folder directly UNDER your C drive. you do not need
to have it in any other folder.

NOW....that being said, you may need to alter your pathway to:
UCAC4_PATH=c:\ucac4\u4b

to add the "u4b" identification. If your UCAC4 catalog was transfered from your
DVDs directly to your UCAC4 folder as it comes off the disks, then you probably
need to make the pathway:
UCAC4_PATH=c:\ucac4\u4b

And put the UCAC4 catalog directly under the C drive folder and NOT in some
subfolder as you are doing.
