The MPC elements will lead you astray. To see how to get Guide to show

Basically, the problem is that Guide uses a two-body solution, not a numerically
integrated one. It's not usually a problem, but it definitely becomes one for an
object passing this close to us.

The good news is that there's a file provided to switch over to elements that will
result in good positions within Guide. The results after applying the fix should match
Horizons and NEODyS within an arcminute or so.
