Hi Everyone,

I'm having problems with Real Sky. In the past, I've been able to add RS images using the "DSS/RealSky Images" option from the Extras menu. Now when I try, I get the usual message to insert disc no. whatever, but then Guide appears to be unable to read the disc (I've tried with several discs), and I get the repeating message "Insert CD # (whatever) and click OK:".

Has anyone else seen this? Is there a solution?

I'm running Guide 9 (18 Jan 2013 update) under Windows 7.
