Try this:

1. Select Alt-Az (see previous)
2. Click the compass icon in the menu bar and select N, S, or Zenith (or
Nadir) as appropriate
3. Click on the Animation menu option, select the "Horizon" radio button
and check the "Real Time" box
4. Type an update rate into the dialogue box and click "OK"
