Put all files z001 to z900 in "c:\guide9\ucac4" folder.
add line to guide.dat file:
UCAC4_PATH=c:\guide9\ucac4
make sure you have "ucac4.tdf" in guide9 folder if download from
http://www.projectpluto.com/new.htm, tdf is in guide9.zip
open "Extras", "Toggle user datasets" and turn on the UCAC-4
