Something has happened to shipping on the DVD; I know that very early on, copies
were distributed rapidly and then the distribution came to a halt. Efforts to
communicate with USNO through the proper channels seems to have also come to a
halt as well; there are some problems/issues with the catalog and thus far
efforts to communicate these are apparently moot.

Bill announced two weeks ago that he has copied my DVDs and is distributing free
of charge copies of this; pay only the cost of postage and mail to the next
person on the list.
