I found a note at ftp://ftp.nofs.navy.mil/pub/outgoing/aah/README.TXT
(dated 2006 Feb 22) from Arne that says that due to a disk crash at NOFS,
he's migrating all sequences to the AAVSO ftp site. After a bit of
searching, I think I've found them at

ftp://ftp.aavso.org/public/calib/

It looks as if the user-added dataset for "Henden photometry areas"
(which is where you presumably got this error) needs to be updated.
Should be easy to do... in the meantime, the above site should enable
you to get the data.
