Alt-J is not documented in the latest rev 9.0 manual....comes up "number of test flag...". What does this function do?

Denis and I finally got it sorted out. We are manually downloading the NEA, or
Daily files from the MPC site (when we need to) and the full MPCORB file
occasionally. And use the Alt-J shortcut to select which file we want Guide to read.
