I am showing the asteroid at mag. 13.9 in the proper position with the correct
proper motion.
You should use the MPECsort program at ASO:

that is constructed particularly for Guide users. Quick, easy and updated daily
with all pertinent NEOs and PHAS without downloading the entire MPCORB catalog
each day.
