Hmmm... if you click on Display... Legend, there should be a "Time Zone"
check-box. Ticking this should result in the time zone appearing in the legend.

As Luc mentioned, the ability to show the time in a second zone is quite
helpful. This can also be turned on from within the Legend menu. The "second
time" line has actually been present for years now. The only thing that changed
in the latest update is that one can click on the "second time" and enter a time
for that zone:

...i.e., you could display UT and local times, but also _enter_ UT or
local times.
