I did find out this morning that previous posts from other Guide users about
the queue of shipments of UCAC-4 from USNO were correct:
If you have ordered/been on the delivery lists for either or both UCAC-2 and
UCAC-3, you are automatically registered to receive the UCAC-4 catalog when
it is available in July.
