Ummm. I shall be asking USNO in due course for a copy of the newer files but there is a problem here. When I asked them for a copy of UCAC3, despite my including my (proper) address, they posted the package to an ancient address where I had not lived for many long years! It seems that they ignore the address clearly given on the application and merely delve back into the depths of history to send the new data to whatever non-existent address their non-updated database shows. I emailed them to ask about this problem but received no reply.

So I shall hesitate before asking again. Shame because the data is valuable - but my house-buyers of 10 years ago may not want this data......
