Yes, I understod it just after I anounced.
So I thought I need to create many etb files for all country for my plan.

I create these prediction files by using LOW, too.
And I converted them to etb file using EXCEL VBA program I made

I tryed to make exe-file to convert by using Visual Basiv (ver.4).
But it'll spend much more days...
And I found setup program in Japanese VB is not run English computer.

Does somebody create exe-file from my VB source-file ?
If possible, I'll send you my source files.
