You beat me to it... there is a new update at

As with the previous update, I've posted files for both
Guide 8 and Guide 9. (They differ only in the name of the
executable file.) I made some fixes in how Delta-T and
UTC are handled for future dates; a fix in the display of
Venus (and other retrograde-rotation planets and satellites);
fixed the issue with selecting TLE (Two-Line Element)
artificial satellite data files; and fixed a problem in
asteroid display that sometimes caused faint asteroids to
be displayed as if they were enormous and bright. Details
are given at the above URL.

Comments are welcome, especially any bug reports.
