I'm assuming you got this from the SEDS page at

If you go to RA=07h 38m 07.4s, dec +17 42' 21"... well, you'll
still not see a quasar there.

However, the "BL" at the end of the line means it's actually
a BL Lac object. Going back into Extras... Toggle User-Added
Datasets, and turning BL Lac objects On, causes the BL Lac
object PKS 0735+17 to appear.
