No, Extras | Fixed Levels is unchecked. How do I set the size of the
zoom levels ? Settings | Level just selects the level.

How do I fine control the panning ? The up and down arrows shift the
screen way too much at a time for me. At level 4, the horizon is either
partly off the screen, or almost halfway up the screen.

Thanks for the info on bitmaps. It would be useful to have a list on
the website, especially if it changes as more information becomes available.
