Hi Owen,

I've got it mostly ready and documented:

http://www.projectpluto.com/new.htm

Still gotta test it a little more and make sure I have all the
proper files ZIPped together (I've had issues in the past where it
turned out something crucial had been omitted). I also need to go
over it to make sure I've mentioned all bug fixes and new features.
I've hopes of getting some time tomorrow to do that.

As you'll see, it's mostly bug fixes (most of which have been
brought up on this list). There are two small improvements of which
I, at least, am quite fond: the ability to specify a time zone
when you enter a time, and an outline of the current lunar phase
can be shown in the legend. I often find myself wondering if the
moon is going to be in the way on a given night; now, I can just
glance down at the legend and know, right away, where the moon is,
without having to go to a suitable zoom level and centering on the
moon. (I admit, all one need do is to hit '8' to go to Level 8,
a one-degree field of view, and then hit Ctrl-Minus to center on
the moon. You check the current phase, then hit 'p' twice to back
up two charts, and you're back to your original screen. But I'm
lazy; even four keystrokes is four too many for this task.)
