Yup, it's a bug.

"Previous Conjunction" and "Next Conjunction" appear to work
Just Fine if the two objects are the moon and Jupiter. But I just
tried it with the moon and Aldebaran. Guide then did an excellent
job of locating conjunctions of the moon with the imaginary spot
at RA=00h00m00s, dec=+00 00' 00".

I should be able to puzzle this one out and fix it. Thanks for
the bug report.
