I did have some issues with the "it's been shipped" e-mails, and I think
yours didn't go out. The package _did_ go out 28 November. (Most copies are
now shipped within a day or two of receiving the order.)

I've been hearing of people receiving copies in Europe within four days,
but also from one gent in the UK who had to wait two weeks.
