I wrote up the .tdf for "detailed cities" after Guide 8 shipped. And...
%$!* it, it's not on the Guide 9 DVD. You can get it at

http://www.projectpluto.com/cities.zip

(about 14 KBytes). UnZIP in your Guide 8 or 9 folder.

The 'impact structures' .tdf was put together by Jari Suomela. It's
on his site at
