I'm using Guide v8, 13 Aug 2011 version.

Comet C/2009/P1 (Garradd) is being plotted in the incorrect location. It
should be in Hercules (at least, it was last night! :-) ), but is being
plotted in Carina. I've checked that the elements are correct. Any ideas?
