I too ordered with a credit card from the UK and had no issues. I wonder if
there may be a problem with non-English locales for those that fail?

I do not doubt your abilities and I am sure you have ordered on line before.
I simply tried to eliminate the obvious and often common mistakes seen in
filling forms. It may not have worked in your case but others are fine with
their attempt. Bill needs to track where the errors occur in the process.
Right now It could be in the form submission or how it confirms credit cards
on line. This is a new order procedure for Bill. Minor errors are expected
and with patience it will get resolved.
