How do I know I'm really accessing UCAC-3 properly from Guide8?

I did the Alt-J thing and entered:

UCAC3_PATH=C:\UCAC3

and my 366 files really are in C:\UCAC3.

But when I look at individual information for any fainter star (e.g. mag 15), I see no reference to UCAC. I also don't see any stars fainter than mag 15. Is this right?
