FWIW, The only way I can find these fast NEAs is to download the ephemeris from
http://www.minorplanetcenter.org/iau/MPEph/MPEph.html
immediatly before the observation, making sure I enter the observation site coordinates, or my
observatory code (E28). I list the ephemeris in increments of 5 minutes, then at the scope, I slew
to those coordinates (using Guide8) just ahead of time and wait for the asteroid to turn up.

BTW, I usually observe with GPS time inserted video and analyse with Tangra...
